Here are a few tips to help you enjoy a long-lasting tan: Minimise sweat − It’s important while your tan is developing that you don’t exercise, shower or sweat. Follow your beautician’s instructions to ensure an even tan. If it’s raining on the day of your appointment, bring an umbrella so you don’t get wet! Clean with warm water only − Even after the developing time, use warm water to rinse your tan only, no soaps or body washes. Your tan will continue to develop for the next 12+ hours.Use Moisturiser − After 24 hours, it’s time to moisturise. Ensure you moisturise using a Paraben free lotion, twice a day for at least one week. This will ensure a flawless and even fade of your spray tan. Use a tan extender moisturiser to prolong your tan even further. These kinds of moisturisers are specially formulated to keep your spray tan looking its very best.
