ALASTIN C-RADICAL Defense Antioxidant Serum is a stable, non-tacky vitamin C serum for brighter, smoother, more even looking skin. It uses an encapsulated form of vitamin C with green tea and a blend of antioxidants to help protect skin from UV, blue light and pollution. In ALASTIN's data, people saw up to a 71% reduction in uneven texture, a 69% reduction in redness and a 50% reduction in fine lines, with results from as early as 8 weeks.

It is a lovely partner to IPL, peels and our skin treatments for sun damage and brown spots.

30 ml pump bottle. A lightweight, non-tacky, fragrance-free serum.

Sodium ascorbate (vitamin C) in an encapsulated delivery system for stability, plus green tea and Physalis angulata in a multi-antioxidant blend.

Morning and evening after cleansing, apply 1 to 2 pumps to the face. In the morning, follow with moisturiser and a broad spectrum SPF 50+. Avoid the eye area; if it gets in your eyes, rinse well with water.

Most skin types. Especially good for sun damage, brown spots, uneven tone, dullness, redness and fine lines.

Why is this vitamin C different? The vitamin C is encapsulated, which keeps it stable and helps it absorb into the skin, so it is gentle and non-irritating compared with many vitamin C serums.

How long until I see results? ALASTIN reports visible improvements from as early as 8 weeks of twice daily use.

Do I still need sunscreen? Yes. Antioxidants help defend against UV damage, but they do not replace a daily SPF 50+.
