Brow lamination is a painless option for picture-perfect eyebrows. If your brows lack symmetry or you have multidirectional hairs that don’t stay put, brow lamination could be the answer you’re looking for.
Brow lamination uses a chemical solution to straighten the brow hairs. The effect is to individualise each hair and create definition in the face with a stronger brow look. The chemical substance used on the brow is a type of keratin that’s milder than the chemicals used for eyebrow lift. Brow lamination is therefore kinder to both the eyebrow hair and the skin.
Brow lamination is conducted within a 45-minutes appointment time. You will be advised prior to your appointment to grow out your eyebrows for at least 4 weeks, giving your brow artist plenty of natural hair to work with.
When you settle in your appointment room, we will prepare the eyebrow area with cleanser while you lie relaxed on a reclining bed. The natural brow shape will be assessed, and the brow artist will discuss with you the look you want to achieve.
Our WOW Brow Lamination is a tailored 3 Part Process to Lift, Tint and Shape which is a complete brow rejuvenation and keeps you looking fresh.
Step 1: We apply a keratin fixing serum which is designed to break down the bonds in the hair allowing us to redirect the hair into a new position (this cover gaps, raises the arch or can increase thickness of the brow). Your brows are combed into shape, the keratin is set using cling wrap. The keratin is left on for about 5 minutes, during which time you may experience slight tingling.
Step 2: Next, neutralising cream is added to gently fix the bonds in the hair to enable the new shape to take hold
Step 3: The brow is tinted and shaped (using wax or thread) to finish off the colour and contour of your brows. We nourish with our special remedies to restore moisture and increase the volume of the hair.
